Dependency Advocacy Center is an organization that assists clients working through the child welfare system in order to reunite with their children. COVID has made complying with strict court and rehab requirements even more challenging, so DAC has arranged to lend laptops to their participants for teleconferencing, to facilitate reunification of some of the Santa Clara Valley's most vulnerable families.
