Face to Face in Santa Rosaphoto credit: Michelle Marques
Face to Face is located at 873 Second Street in Santa Rosa.

What began as Sonoma County’s HIV/AIDs network decades ago, Face to Face has expanded their mission to the wider reaching goal of harm reduction. Host Michelle Marques talks with the Program Director and Digital Communications Director of Face to Face about their services and the recent news that in 2024, their non-profit was responsible for 2 out of every 3 drug overdose reversals in Sonoma County. This episode explores the education and distribution of naloxone, a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses. There’s also a conversation with Santa Rosa Police about the partnership between law enforcement and Face to Face and the role of compassion and empathy in meeting the needs of our community.
