Sonoma County is a really good place to get baked... I know what you're thinking, but no, what I'm talking about is we have really good bakers and bakeries. And I used to think how many of these can we have? And then I thought about visiting other countries around the world and thinking there's a bakery on every corner.
Because bread is the staff of life and one of the reasons we have such good bakeries here is because you know the reason. We have some of the best ingredients in the world. People come here or stay here from all over or from right here because there's a spirit. There's a style. There's a dedication and there's a great audience. People really understand when it's a great loaf of bread. What's better than a croissant or a muffin or a great loaf of bread?
