    REM REM at the BBCReleased in 2018, REM at the BBC is a massive box set containing 8 discs with over 100 songs totaling over 7 hours. Even for the hardcore fan, the collection's breadth can be overwhelming. Luckily, Ric has distilled the set into a manageable 2-hour chunk for your listening pleasure. We'll hear REM performances from various BBC broadcasts over the years, including Nottingham 1984, Milton Keynes 1995, several different Peel sessions and other radio programs taken from every period of the band's 30-year career.

    The Allman Brothers Band 1976Spearheaded by The Allman Brothers and Lynyrd Skynyrd, Southern rock became a staple of FM radio in the 1970s. Combining R&B, soul, blues, country, jazz, gospel, bluegrass, and hard rock, these artists stirred up a true melting pot of American styles with a distinctly Southern voice, often with virtuosic musicianship. In addition to the above-mentioned bands, we’ll hear from The Marshall Tucker Band, Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Wet Willie, Outlaws, Black Oak Arkansas, Dixie Dregs, Molly Hatchet, Johnny Winter, Drive By Truckers, Charlie Daniels Band, Amazing Rhythm Aces, Blackfoot, The Steel Woods, The Black Crowes, and more!
