The newest trustee on the Santa Rosa City Schools Board, Alegría De La Cruz, was chosen April 10 by the board to fill out the term of Evelyn Anderson, who resigned to take the job of interim co-principal at the French-American Charter School.In a freewheeling conversation, De La Cruz, the chief deputy county counsel for Sonoma County speaks with KRCB news director Steve Mencher about her priorities, and how she plans to implement her ideas about equity in the schools.
