What's New at Voice of Youth!

Why, our weekly show in production since June 2006!

Each hour-long magazine style show is fashioned as an audio dictionary entry.

These entries are created by teens from Sonoma County who use the device of explaining the linguistics of teen-land in order to get at the deep issues of the day.

The young lexicographers strive to find all the facets of what words like “Crib” or “Bread” mean to them and the kids around them, using real stories, well-researched interviews, and discussion.

Thursdays, 7 pm, you can listen in, learn, and laugh with an incredibly diverse group of youth as they, in struggling to define key words they use, seriously strive to define themselves.
