 It’s
easy to find out what the Dow Jones stock index does
each day, but more difficult to learn how the companies
based here in the North Bay perform from week to week.
KRCB, however, is now making that easy as well. Every
Friday evening, after the markets are closed for the
week, correspondent Brad Zigler sifts through the numbers
to extract the ones that are most meaningful to us here
in Sonoma County. Then he relays his findings in KRCB’s
new North Bay Stock Report, heard at every Friday
evening at 6:04.
Zigler,
who has written extensively for the North Bay
Business Journal, is the creator of the North
Bay Stock Index, which tracks the ups and downs
of companies headquartered in Sonoma, Marin
and Napa counties. Information on those firms
is featured each week in the North Bay Stock
Report.
